What is your name and where do you live?
My name is Oleg Guta (guta.ppz). I’m from Russia.
How long have been drawing skateboard sketches and why?
I’ve been drawing since my childhood. Also, I like street culture most of all. Because of that, I always add street vibe to my illustrations, prints and my clothing brand “Popandopalaz. I just find it’s interesting to draw skaters.
And obviously it’s very useful for illustrators to draw a lot of sketches.
Where do you get the inspiration from?
From my head, which processes a lot of different themes and tries to create some interesting stuff from all of this information.
What does skateboarding mean to you?
The community. I have never met toxic skaters.
If there is one thing you could change about skateboarding, what would it be?
I think I’m not deep enough in skateboarding to have rights to change something. I just love following it.
